Just a quick post to see if anyone can find time for a meet later this month?
And as if that wasn't enough to tempt you, the fine chaps at Yorkshire Hops have agreed to come down and have a chat with us about what they're up to - how they got started, how the project is going, and (perhaps most importantly) whether we can sponsor some hop plants and get our hands on some fresh hops from next year's harvest!
Matt from Yorkshire Hops says that the best evening for him would be a Tuesday, so shall we shoot for the either of the last two Tuesdays this month, the 22nd or the 29th? Early meet, Leeds central, early finish?
Either of those dates is good for me - I'll find a room in a pub for the meet. I'd be happy with a 6ish start?

ReplyDelete22nd would be preferable for me, 6ish fine. Haven't got much to show on the homebrew front tho!
ReplyDelete22nd would be better for me too, although could do either. Got some American pale and a stout for swaps.
ReplyDeleteif it was 26th I would have some Pliny the Elder clone brewed, bottled and ready for swaps otherwise I am not fussed.

ReplyDeleteAAH - you can always bring it with instructions for a further period of conditioning (which means that I want one!)
It won't even be in bottle unfortunately. On the 26th it would be bottled but need conditioning. Smells amazing in primary, even before its dry hop.

So are we looking at the 22nd then? I'll have my Apricot Habanero Saison with me, whichever date we go for.
